First Post! ~ OOTD and Mother's Day pancake recipe

Hi everyone! My name is Anna, I'm a first time blogger and am completely and utterly in love with fashion, clothes- anything bohemian, Vanessa Hudgens, and chocolate. :) I'm just getting used to this whole blogging thing so please don't judge haha. Today I am going to introduce an ootd and a delicicous pancake recipe that I found online, which I will send the link to you in case you ever want to use (which I highly recommend!) I hope you enjoy my blog and if you have any suggestions or tips, please comment! xoxo Anna :)

I first wanted to post my OOTD, since Maryland decided to be 90 degrees outside today, I went with a cute casual crop top and short skirt, paired with my favorite sandals, a cute lace headband and my everyday jewelry that I wear religiously!

Outfit Details: Crop Top (Pacsun) High Waisted Aztec Skirt (Pacsun) Gladiator sandals (DV by Dolce Vita- purchased at Nordstroms) Necklace (Forever 21) White lace headband (Urban Outfitters) Earrings ( Forever 21)
Here's a better close up of my rings that I literally wear everyday- starting from left to right ( cross ring-forever 21, blue- this one I got at a stand at Balboa Park in San Diego a lady made them herself, chevron ring- Jack Wills, Turquoise- Lucky Brand, textured cross ring- Forever 21.)

Hopefully you enjoyed my ootd as my first post!

As for the pancake recipe, I made these strawberry sprinkle pancakes which were heavenly! They were to die for and I will most certainly make them again in the future! I got the recipe off of a website: http://www.averiecooks.com/2013/03/strawberry-and-sprinkles-buttermilk-pancakes.html

The recipe called for all purpose flour and buttermilk, but I used whole wheat flour and just regular skim milk because I was all out of buttermilk and to make it a little more healthy! It still tasted wonderful but next time I will definitely try it the original way! It was a fun and delicious way to start a great Mother's Day! Also the recipe is on the link! Enjoy!
